Space Open in Some Classes!
Holy Family Scholars was created to serve the Catholic homeschool parishioners in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) including Augusta, North Augusta, Grovetown, Evans, Thomson, Fort Gordon and Waynesboro. Our mission is to build a supportive, faith-centered learning community for Catholic homeschooling families, where children can grow in faith, knowledge, and friendship through academic and enrichment activities.
At Holy Family Scholars, parents serve as teachers, helpers, coordinators, and substitutes as requested by the HFS Leadership Team. Our program does not have a drop-off option—parents must remain on-site for the duration of the co-op day.
As a cooperative, families share responsibility for all students, and parents may be asked to serve in roles or classrooms outside of their own child’s age group to fulfill the needs of the co-op and help it run smoothly. Some parents will be asked to serve in helping rather than lead teaching roles, although all parents must be willing to teach.
